Chartered Investment and Saxo strengthen partnership as demand for customised investment solutions grows

Chartered Investment, a provider of financial market infrastructure and investment solutions, and Saxo, a digital broker for investors, traders and institutional partners, today announced an enhanced partnership and the launch of Flow AMC, a streamlined Actively Managed Certificate (AMC) module on the Chartered Investment Digital Platform to simplify how asset managers launch, manage and scale customised investment strategies.

As part of the enhanced partnership, Chartered Investment has integrated Saxo's brokerage infrastructure into its digital platform, creating a more seamless and automated experience for asset managers. The integration significantly streamlines onboarding and operational workflows, reducing onboarding time to five days and enabling asset managers to bring AMC strategies to market faster and with less administrative complexity.

By leveraging Saxo's institutional-grade brokerage capabilities, asset managers gain access to multi-asset trading across global markets, direct market access, and broad asset class coverage through a single account, improving capital efficiency and operational flexibility.

The launch comes at a time of growing interest in AMCs across key wealth management hubs, including Singapore and Switzerland. Unlike traditional fund structures, AMCs allow asset managers to rapidly bring investment ideas to market without the cost, complexity and lengthy setup typically associated with launching a fund.

“As demand for customised investment solutions continues to grow, we believe asset managers need a simpler and more efficient way to bring strategies to market. We're excited to deepen our partnership with Chartered Investment through this integration and support the launch of Flow AMC. By combining our respective strengths, we're helping make AMC structures more accessible, scalable and operationally efficient for asset managers looking to meet evolving client needs,” says Henrik Alsøe, Global Head of Saxo Institutional at Saxo.

“Flow AMC brings the efficiency of modern brokerage infrastructure to the AMC market. Our vision is to provide asset managers with a flexible, standardised platform that accelerates innovation and enables them to scale their strategies more quickly, allowing them to play an active role in shaping the transformation of the investment ecosystem. Saxo is exactly the right partner to help us achieve this,” says Daniel Maier, General Manager at Chartered Investment.
